You want to send personalized message (SMS or WhatsApp) to your customer, when you arrive for pickup?
The app Taxi Data Manager provides a mechanism to customize the text. This is a preview of version 4.0, that will incorporate more support for iOS 26 and adds integrated support for WhatsApp. This will be the first version that can sende E-invoices.
This article gives some preview of the messaging features. When you start a booking, there will be a button to send messages.
You will find the configuration menu under „Config“ (0) -> „Current cab: ….“ (1) -> (i) right to the current car (2)-> „Template for SMS“ (3). When you enter the text (4) you can enter Variables like $S for the sum of the fares.
You can go back to „Bookings menu“ to test the new message.
