in the Menu, where you enter the text for your sign, there is also a button „More (In-App ..)“.
After clicking on that button you will find a button „Restore Purchase“ that should do the job.
When you change the iphone/iPad or reinstall the device you might need to reinstate the purchases.
BTW: if you accidentally repurchase something with the same AppleID Apple does not bill you twice for the same app/in-app purchase.
But the AppleID must match from the previous purchase.
